FG CANADA uses PUROLATOR for all shipping across Canada and UPS for all international shipping.
Please be aware that all shipments will also be subjected to the policies and regulations of PUROLATOR and UPS.

FG CANADA is NOT responsible for misdirected or misplaced orders caused by errors in customer's Order Form.

If items are declared lost by the shipping company, we will reprint and reship the order at no cost to the customer.

All products are inspected for quality assurance before shipping.
FG CANADA guarantees our products to be of good quality and free from manufacturing defects upon delivery.
If your banners arrive damaged, please notify us by email.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping and insured charges are nonrefundable.

There is NO on-line payment during order process.
The Payment Form for the order will be emailed/faxed to customer once the artwork has submitted and approved for printing.
